The semi-automatic AccuStomper™ Tabletop Capper is the perfect machine for applying caps to smaller containers. It’s an easy machine to operate; all the user needs to do is to place the container and its cap beneath the stomper’s head and press the foot pedal. The stomper will lower and press the cap onto the container, forming a firm seal. 

This benchtop capping machine can apply up to 80 lbs of pressure to closures for quick and easy capping. You can also control the cylinder’s speed as it extends and returns the stomper.

Type: Semi-automatic tabletop snap capper. Containers are moved manually into place beneath the snap assembly and the closure is pressed onto the container, snapping the closure into place.

Orientation: The semi-automatic version of the snap capper requires manual orientation of the caps. 

Operation: The snap assembly is responsible for snapping the closure onto the container using pressure. 

The SA Tabletop Snap Capper with a 1 inch piston has a 1:1 Ratio, e.g., 80 PSI will apply 80 lbs. pressure to the cap.
