RC Series

The Biner Ellison Rotary Chuck machine is a rotary capping system that complements high-speed rotary bottling equipment. These cappers continuously sort, apply, and torque caps to different container sizes and shapes.

The RC Series comes with mechanical friction clutches to ensure accurate and uniform torque values are applied to each container for optimal closure results. They can be easily integrated into existing packaging lines or tailored for your new project specs.

The RC Series cappers are available in two model sizes, the RC40 and the RC52, with operational speeds up to 140 CPM and 240 CPM, respectively. (Higher speeds are possible depending on container and cap characteristics.)

Each RC Series capper can accommodate a range of container and cap sizes with minimal change parts. This makes them the perfect capper for customers or contract packagers who plan to run multiple products on a single bottling line.

All cappers have touchscreen displays featuring a full management interface for complete control. Up to 99 job recipes can be saved, making the changeover from one project to another smooth and simple.

Is the touchscreen interface easy to use?

Yes, the touchscreen is easy to navigate. While it may not be immediately clear which buttons do what, the manual will guide you through it. You’ll be able to carry out production cycles with know-how and confidence.

How and how often should I perform maintenance on this capper?

We recommend carrying out specific maintenance procedures every day, week, two weeks, and six months. The manual will contain more information on how to carry out these specific tasks.

What happens if I have an issue with my capper?

The manual has a troubleshooting section describing how to solve some potential problems you may experience with your capper. If you still can’t solve the issue or the troubleshooting section doesn’t cover it, call Accutek’s service department.
