SL1-350

The SL1-350 is designed for large layflat, accuracy, and efficiency at an economic price. Using the same design as all our applicators in the SL series and reducing the electronics places the SL1-350 Applicator on the cutting edge of medium-range machines. 

The machine can achieve a speed of 50 CPM running 30 cm lay-flat by 30 cm cut-length film. It can run film sizes ranging from 150 mm to 300 mm lay-flat by 160 mm to 300 mm, cut-length. Its compact design accom­modates limited production line space.

Is the touchscreen interface easy to use?

The interface is straightforward to use. The manual will lay everything out in plain, simple language for you on how to use it. You’ll be able to handle production cycles like a seasoned vet.

What should I do to keep the machine in good condition?

How often and with what type of cleaning solution you use will depend on what you use this machine for, along with your local guidelines for your product type and manufacturing format. We generally recommend using a rag with a mild dish soap for cleaning this machine. Avoid getting any water in between surfaces, along with using caustic, bleach, or concentrated acid solutions. The manual will go over cleaning and maintenance for the sleeving machine in more detail.

What should I do if I have any major problems with my machine?

If you have any trouble operating your sleever, then we recommend consulting the manual. There’s a dedicated section on troubleshooting potential problems you may run into, along with their possible causes and solutions. If the problems persist or the problem itself is outside the scope of the troubleshooting section, then give Accutek’s service department a call.

What happens if a part wears out or I lose it?

The machine’s manual contains a spare parts list that will help you determine which part you may need to replace. Once you’ve determined which part that is, call Accutek. We’ll help you get that part and, in turn, get your production cycle back on track.
