The AccuTurn 42 Unscramblers are designed to load your containers onto the filling machine line. Unscramblers can be added to your existing line or purchased with a complete filling system. The tops are available in polished stainless steel. They are cut to create a perfect circle and are adjustable up to four inches.

Our turntables are constructed from the highest-quality stainless materials with variable speed drives, reversible rotation, and are height-adjustable.

How is this machine controlled?

The turntable uses a control panel mounted onto its front face. From this panel, you can turn it on and off, as well as control its speed.

How often should I perform maintenance on my turntable?

That’s going to depend on how often you use your conveyor and what you use it for. Generally, we recommend cleaning it after every shift with warm, soapy water, especially if your product or another substance gets spilled on it. You’re recommended to, twice a year, remove the stainless deck to expose the grease fitting and clean it.

What should I do if I have any problems with my machine?

If you experience any problems with your conveyor, contact Accutek’s service department. We’ll be happy to help you troubleshoot any issues you may be experiencing with the Accuturn.
