Similar to the RPD-40, this Rotary Positive Displacement filler uses individual PD Pump Heads for each fill head. It serves as a commercial bottle filler for rapid filling.
Its encoding technology and control system let you control every fill head with exacting, repeatable accuracy. An easy-to-use visual display allows you to adjust the pump head’s fractional control.
The positive displacement filler is available in 4-GPM and 10-GPM options. The positive displacement pump heads are manufactured from high-quality sanitary stainless steel components, perfect for consumable products such as foods and drinks.
The RPD-52 is designed for high-viscosity products and can be used with various container sizes/shapes, fill volumes, and product types, making it perfect for almost any application.
