AF1 Auger Filler

AF1 Automatic Auger Fillers are well suited for the filling of dry products, powders, granules, or seeds. The simple filler design allows for easy cleanup, maintenance, and rapid changeover. Each machine is based on a heavy-duty stainless steel frame with all contact parts made of food grade materials.

The AF1 machines utilize high-tech brushless, direct drive servomotors, and state of the art motion control electronics for the auger control. The fillers accuracy is ensured by their sophisticated PLC based touch screen control system. This vacuum hood collects dust generated by the filling process. The vacuum hood connects to a dust collector that sucks the dust out of the filling area.
