Auto Induction Sealer
This four-kilowatt solid-state induction generator is housed in a sanitary stainless steel splashproof enclosure, with its controls mounted behind a window with a lockable door.
The induction heat sealing heads can cover a range of closure designs and diameters up to 12 cm. The sealing head is dimensioned with the conveyor speed and other factors to optimize the sealing conditions.
Also, the sealing head mounting is adjustable, including the ability to ‘skew’, which reduces exposure times if necessary, achieving a more uniform heat pattern for larger closures. This versatile, self-contained, and compact equipment, including an Induction Sealer and a water cooler/recirculator, operates from a single-phase 200/240V 12A 50Hz supply.
