The AccuCounter BT tablet/capsule counter is ideal for packaging tablets, capsules, caplets, transparent gel capsules, and more. Its sleek design and straightforward controls make it aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.

The semi-automatic AccuCounter features two nozzles for continuous counting and filling. It also has a dust accumulator to ensure long-term accuracy. Speeds range from up to 1000-2000 tablets per minute, making the AccuCounter BT one of the fastest semi-automatic counter/fillers available.

How exactly does this pill counter work?

Since this machine has two nozzles, one bottle is always in place for filling; the operator simply picks up the full container and replaces it with an empty one. To use it, you adjust these controls:

The vibratory speed adjustment dial
The motor speed adjustment dial
The run lamp button
The Start/Stop button

Is there a touchscreen?

Yes, there’s a simple touchscreen that allows you to adjust the number of tablets filled into each volume. You can also use this screen to see how many bottles you’ve filled with tablets so far.

Is this product in any way hazardous?

Not at all! The AccuCounter is completely safe. However, if you just want to be on the safe side, then the manual covers some basic lockout/tagout procedures you can capitalize on.

How often should I clean the machine?

That’s going to depend on how often you use the machine. We do recommend keeping the sensor emitter and receiver clean so you don’t wind up with inaccurate counts. Also, you should clean the machine once you receive it to remove any particles or other matter that might have gotten on the machine during transport.

What should I do if I experience any problem with the machine?

If you have any problems with your AccuCounter, then there is a short troubleshooting section in the manual that you can consult. It describes several problems you may experience when using this machine, and the steps you can take to resolve them. If the suggested solutions don’t work or the problem itself is outside of the troubleshooting section’s scope, then we recommend calling Accutek’s service department. We’ll be happy to help you fix the issue.
