The Accu-Pack Series Form, Fill, and Seal machines are ideal for forming, filling, and sealing single-use plastic pouch packages. Each system is constructed of stainless steel and has a color touchscreen interface for easy setup. The Accu-Pack can maintain trouble-free operation at speeds up to 60 CPM. 

The packaging process begins when heat-sealable film is pulled into the machine and is positioned to form a pouch. Once in position, the film is sealed on each side and bottom to form the lower part of the packet. This open packet is moved to the filling station, where a metered amount of your product is dispensed. Each packet then advances to the final sealing area for top-end sealing. 

Any date/lot code embossing is also completed during the top sealing operation. Once the packet is completely sealed, they receive their “Easy-Rip” open tab and final separation cut. Each Accu-Pack system delivers this process continuously through the work shift, making it a solid addition to any sample packet packaging line.

It includes a troubleshooting section that outlines several common problems you may encounter with your Accu-Pack, along with their solutions. If the problem persists or falls outside the scope of the manual’s troubleshooting section, contact Accutek’s service department. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue and get your production cycle back on track.

What should I do if a part breaks down?

The manual contains a spare parts list, including part numbers and the quantities that initially ship with your machine. If you lose a part or need a replacement for any reason, contact Accutek’s service department. We’ll verify availability and assist you with obtaining a replacement part.
