The Accutek Accuveyor 90° Bottomless Conveyor allows production lines to turn 90° and enables bottom coding. It has variable speeds that will capture a container from one conveyor and transport it to another conveyor using synchronized-frequency gripper belts. The 36″-long side gripper belts allow access to the bottom of the container for inkjet or laser coding.

The machine uses direct drive motors, eliminating the need for transmissions, gears, pulleys, and almost all maintenance. The brushless AC motors are frequency controlled so belt speeds match, further reducing any maintenance issues and keeping all codes straight and legible. The gripper belts are independently adjustable and can accommodate containers from 1 mm (.039”) to over 8″ in diameter.
