How exactly does the Auto Mini-Pinch work?
Empty containers enter along the left side via the conveyor belt. A sensor detects when six containers are in position, then locks the star indexer. The pinch bar opens to let product flow into the containers from the nozzles. Every nozzle has a flow control, which equalizes the amount of product delivers to the containers. Once the pinch bar closes, the star indexer releases to let the filled bottles out via the conveyor, allowing for the next set to be loaded.Is the touchscreen control complicated?
