Auto Corrosive Filler- ACF

The Accutek Automatic Corrosive Filling machine is a specially designed timed-flow volumetric filler for environments where caustic liquids and gases accelerate the deterioration of standard packaging machinery. Its speed and ease of use make it ideal for chemical plants producing acids, bleach, ammonia, and aggressive brine solutions.

Each ACF machine is built from corrosive-resistant material that’s custom-suited to the intended product. It includes a 10’ variable-speed conveyor made from the same components. It also has a full digital color touchscreen display with job memory, no-bottle-no-fill, step-fill, or all-fill modes, and a total bottle counter with on-the-fly adjustability.

ACF systems are easy to set up, operate, and adjust with minimal training. Optional all-pneumatic models are also available.

How exactly does this filler work?

Empty containers enter from the left via the conveyor and stop against an exit gate. Once the machine detects that there are 12 bottles present, it starts filling them. Once the containers are filled, the nozzles and entry gate will retract, and the bottles will move on via the conveyor to the next production stage.

How often should I clean and maintain this machine?

That will depend on your specific application and product makeup. We recommend that the filler be rinsed using a mild soap solution. The filler has a Manual Jog screen that can be used to assist and speed up this cleaning process. Please note that your product may require special solvents for cleaning and some solvents could harm the materials used on the filler. Talk to your Accutek representative for more information.

What should I do if I have any problems with this machine?

If you have any problems with your filler, there’s a section on troubleshooting in the manual. It covers various problems you may encounter and some potential solutions for solving them. If those solutions don’t work or the problem in question is outside of the manual’s scope, then we recommend calling Accutek’s service department. We’ll do whatever we can to help you solve this problem.
