Accutek Auger Fillers are well-suited for filling dry products, powders, granules, or seeds. The simple filler design allows for easy cleanup, maintenance, and rapid changeover.

Each machine has a heavy-duty stainless steel frame with food-grade contact parts. The machines also feature a vacuum hood that collects dust that the filling process generates. The vacuum hood connects to a dust collector that sucks particles out of the filling area.

The AF series uses state-of-the-art brushless direct-drive servomotors and motion control electronics for auger control. The PLC-based touchscreen control system ensures the fillers’ accuracy.

Is this auger filler easy to operate?

Indeed! The touchscreen PLC makes operating the machine hassle-free. If you’re unsure how to operate the touchscreen at first, then you can consult the manual, which describes how to navigate the machine’s various functions.

Does the machine prevent the product from caking?

Yes, it does. The ultrasonic supply level sensor detects the level of product inside the supply hopper. The programmable logic controller uses the input from this sensor to control the bulk hopper. The mixer drive hub rotates the side knife and the mid stirrer independently of the auger drive shaft.

Is the manual thorough?

Yes; in addition to how to navigate the touchscreen, the manual provides comprehensive guidance on:

How often should I clean and maintain the auger filler?

That will depend on how often you use it for and what products you use it with. We recommend adhering to your local laws and regulations regarding sanitation. We do recommend cleaning the machine’s conveyor belt with soap and water and removing the individual conveyor links to make cleaning easier.
