Desiccant, a potent dehumidifier, safeguards products in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries, preventing clumping and sticking. They’re precisely dropped into containers, cradling each bottle until filled, with a capacity of up to 60 cpm.

Automatic Desiccant Inserter features a pneumatic stomp assembly.  The conveyor moves the barrels under the chute. The bottle opening strips a barrel from the chute as it passes under the chute. The bottle sensor sees the bottle and fires the stomper. The stomper presses the desiccant barrel into the bottle.
