Seamless Flow C Frame Bottomless Conveyor System
The Accuveyor C Frame Bottomless Conveyor’s primary function is to allow access to the bottom of containers for inkjet or laser coding. It captures containers from one conveyor and transports them onto another conveyor.
The machine uses long-side gripper belts, which give the production line longer access time to the container’s bottom for inkjet or laser coding. The Accuveyor uses direct-drive variable-speed motors, so it does not use transmissions, gears, or pulleys for the drivetrain, almost eliminating the need for maintenance.
The brushless AC motors are frequency-controlled, so belt speeds are matched, further reducing any maintenance issues and ensuring that all codes are straight and legible. The gripper belts are independently adjustable and accommodate containers from 1 mm to over 8 inches in diameter.
The Accuveyor can use a label head for bottom labeling and custom length transport requirements. Double-wide belts and low-profile container belts are available for special applications or product handling needs.
