Accutek Band Sealer
Accutek band sealers are equipped with electronic temperature controllers and variable-speed conveyors to seal all thermoplastic materials (PP, PE, stand-up pouches, gusseted bags, moisture barrier bags, etc.). Seals are created using PTFE bands, maintaining high seal quality and producing consistently reliable, clean seals on all heat-sealable bags. Because bags are placed on a conveyor system, the bag width does not matter.
These versatile machines offer several adjustments, allowing them to be used for a wide range of applications. These machines are used extensively in the food, medical, chemical, cosmetic, and electronics industries.
The Accutek band sealer is a standalone unit with locking casters, providing easy mobility. The sealer’s vertical configuration makes the sealer ideal for packaging granular, powder, and liquid products. Stand-up pouches work well with this machine.
