How should I clean and maintain my machine?

You can rinse the machine’s nozzles by pumping warm, soapy water from a bucket, using common dish detergent. Sometimes, special solvents may be needed for cleaning. Call Accutek to determine the best solvent for your use. Do not change solvents arbitrarily! Using the wrong solvent could damage your filler machine and endanger personnel. Contact your Accutek representative at (760) 734-4177 to verify compatibility with the machine’s seals and materials. We recommend performing a clean-in-place procedure at the end of each shift or when changing products. Maintenance staff may splice in diverter valves so hoses do not need to be disconnected during rinse-out operations.
