AccuCapper HDEX
Product Variants
The AccuCapper™ HDEX is a heavy-duty, portable, handheld cap tightener that can tighten or remove screw and lug-type closures. It’s suitable for all production environments and can torque closures with diameters from 3.15” to 4.33” (80 mm to 110 mm).
The HDEX features an adjustable clutch to ensure proper torque and decrease insert wear. Once the closure reaches the set torque value, the chuck will stop rotating, signaling the operator to move on to the next container.
This machine ships standard with a stand and an overhead slide rail. It also has a self-balancer that allows the HDEX to be suspended neatly and weightlessly overhead, out of the way during case changes and reducing operator fatigue. The Accucapper™ HDEX also ships with one chuck and insert (up to a size #50).
