ACT-8 Automatic Screw
- The ACT-8’s unique eight-spindle design allows it to automatically place and torque various cap types at up to 200 containers per minute. The distinctive design lowers operational costs and increases the capper’s range of adjustability. It eliminates high-maintenance parts and accommodates closure sizes from 1 cm to 12 cm.Each of the eight tightening spindles on the ACT-8 can be adjusted on the fly to ensure maximum torque accuracy, decrease disk wear and closure scuffing, and allow the machine to adapt to various container types, sizes, and shapes.
Optional gripper belts are also available for unique container types. Each capping system also features an elevator/orientator for high-speed cap delivery.
