Tabletop Spindle Tightener
What is a spindle capper? It’s a machine that works by passing a container and its cap between multiple sets of turning discs. Using rotary motion, the discs tighten the cap down.
Accutek’s Tabletop Spindle Tightener is such a machine. It tightens screw-on caps from .58” to 2.76” (15 — 70 mm) in diameter. This machine provides precise torque control and consistent torque, ensuring the caps are tightened correctly and preventing bottles from leaking. While it doesn’t pass the cap through via a conveyor belt, it still uses multiple turning discs to apply a cap.
The Tabletop Spindle Tightener is designed to remove the exhaustion and stress of handheld capping. It can be used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, e-liquid, cosmetic, and food and beverage industries. You can use it for plastic, glass, and metal containers.
