SAPD-1

How exactly does this machine work?

The SAPD delivers an accurate dose of product into a container. Place a container against the locating hardware in the center of the table. The nozzles should be just above the bottle’s opening. If not, use the horizontal and vertical adjusters to position the nozzle in the container’s opening.

Is the PLC easy to use?

Yes; it’s a simple touchscreen interface that will help you to navigate your machine’s functions. While the function for each button may not appear immediately straightforward, the manual will give you the know-how to navigate it with confidence.

How can I best maintain this machine?

We do not recommend using caustic, bleach, or acid solutions that could potentially erode the machine’s stainless steel and aluminum parts. We also recommend lubricating moving parts after cleaning and at regular intervals, using food-grade lithium grease.

What should I do if I have an issue with the machine?

The manual contains a troubleshooting section to help walk you through solving some basic problems. If for some reason the troubleshooting section doesn’t help or you encounter a problem that it does not cover, please call Accutek’s service department.
