The Screw Pump is a positive displacement pump that excels at handling thick, dense products. This machine runs continuously and features a valve that directs the product to the filler nozzle or back into the supply hopper. A unique servo-controlled container lift platform keeps the fill nozzle submerged just below the surface of the rising product to prevent air pockets in the fill.
This machine is the fastest, most accurate way to package thick, viscous products.
