Auto AccuCounter

The Accutek Automatic AccuCounter is an automatic pill-counting machine suitable for counting and filling hard gelatin capsules, soft gels, tablets, round pills, hard candies, and more.

Using three-step, 16-channel vibratory plates, this machine can output up to 6000 pieces per hour with less than a 1% error rate. The range of container fills can be adjusted from as little as 20 pieces per container up to 999. The machine can handle tablets between 5 and 20 mm in size.

Each automatic pill-counting machine is designed for continuous operation. It automatically advances containers without shutting down the vibrator at a maximum speed of up to 60 CPM.

The AccuCounter features computer-controlled dynamic scan counting for each channel feeder. This allows operators to see the individual output of each channel to ensure accurate piece counts and diagnose any troublesome backups. The AccuCounter’s system also features self-checking sensors that can identify and help diagnose the problem for minimal downtime, in case of errors.

Yes, the touchscreen is easy to use and navigate. If you’re unsure about what each button on the touchscreen does, the manual goes over each function. You’ll be able to navigate the interface with ease.

How often should I perform maintenance on the machine?

How often you should perform maintenance procedures on your AccuCounter will depend on how often you use it and what products you use it for. Generally, we recommend keeping the machine clean and dust-free and cleaning the dust collector below the vibrator. If you’re still unsure, feel free to call Accutek’s service department so we can consult you on how best to maintain your machine.

What happens if I have a mechanical issue with the machine?

If your machine experiences a malfunction, then there’s a section in the manual you can consult for troubleshooting some potential problems the machine may have.
