The Accuvac Series Filling Machines are easy to operate and are ideal for filling nail polish, perfumes, light oils, and other liquids in small amounts. Their fully pneu­matic operating capabilities also make them compatible with flammable liquids. They can fill as little as a two-milliliter container up to a six-ounce one. 

The vacuum filling machines are self-contained, portable, and don’t need electricity to operate. Adjusting the nozzle depth will keep fill levels consistent, regardless of the product. The fill levels stay visually equal, regardless of product characteristics or container volume. Bottle changes are as simple as sliding new bottles under the fill heads and pushing the foot pedal. 

The fillers can also serve as an inexpensive backup unit, eliminating downtime and costly setup for small production runs.
