Accutek’s Inspection-Rejection Stations (Accu-INSR) can help you accomplish this goal. The Accu-INSR can be used to inspect for unsecured caps, missing foil liners, or missing caps.

The Accu-INSR uses a proximity sensor to detect defective closures and rejects bad containers using a diverter arm. Rejects can be pushed to a table, collected in a bin, or transferred to another conveyor.
