Accu-INSR
If you are selling bottled or packaged products, you want to ensure that your products are shipped free from defects and arrive on store shelves looking their best. Accutek’s Inspection-Rejection Stations (Accu-INSR) can help you accomplish this. The Accu-INSR can inspect for unsecured caps, along with missing foil liners or caps.
The Accu-INSR uses a proximity sensor to detect defective closures and rejects bad containers using a diverter arm. Rejects can be pushed to a table, collected in a bin, or transferred to another conveyor.

Does the sensor come fully assembled?
Yes, the sensor comes fully assembled. It can also be supplied with an integrated ring light if you would like one added.
Is the camera inspector easy to use?
Yes. Just make sure to read the manual before you start using it. There are many icons on the interface, and the manual provides thorough descriptions of what each one does.
Are the touchscreen controls easy to use?
The touchscreen is straightforward and trouble-free to operate. Some button functions may not be immediately clear, so we recommend reviewing the manual before beginning your first production cycle.
What do I do if my machine experiences any problems?
If containers with incorrect fill levels are not being rejected, consult the manual. It outlines four corrective actions you can take to resolve the issue.
If the problem persists—or if you experience another issue affecting your production cycle—contact Accutek’s service department. We’ll be happy to help you resolve the issue and get your operation back on track.
How often should I clean and maintain the machine?
Cleaning frequency depends on your specific application and must comply with your industry’s local and federal regulations. Generally, we recommend wiping the machine down with a mild soap solution.
Please note that the inspection-rejection station is not designed for washdown procedures. Avoid using caustic solutions, bleach, or concentrated acids that could cause damage.
To clean the conveyor, remove the link pins so you can clean each individual link and inspect for product residue or debris buildup.
For detailed cleaning and maintenance instructions, please refer to the manual.
