Labelette HG

The Labelette SG Labeler works by separating a label from a stack, feeding the label, transferring adhesive, and accurately applying the paper label to the container. It’s designed for carrying out spot, face, or 3/4 full wrap-around label applications on cylindrical containers. Simply insert an unlabeled container and remove the labeled product. Skip glue adjustment can save up to 90% of the adhesive cost.

What sets this machine apart from the hot glue labeler?

The only major difference between these two labelers is that they have different touchscreen settings.

Is it easy to use the touchscreen?

Yes; while which buttons specifically do what may not be clear at first glance, the manual will go over everything you need to know. You’ll be able to navigate through the interface with ease and confidence.

How often should I clean the machine?

That will depend on how often you use it. Generally, we recommend cleaning the glue pan daily and wiping the drum and rollers with a sponge sprayed with hot melt glue cleaner.

What should I do if a part is damaged or goes missing?

If you have trouble with a particular part, the manual has a list of spare parts, with relevant part numbers and part descriptions. If you need any of these specific parts, contact Accutek’s service department.

What should I do if I have a problem with the machine?

The manual contains a troubleshooting section that describes various problems you may have with your machine and the steps you can take to solve them.
