Accucapper™ LD

AccuCapper™ LD is a “light duty”, portable, hand held cap tightener great for low production environments and cap closures with diameters up to 28mm. The AccuCapper™ LD is suitable for all types of caps that do not require extreme torque values or have large diameter closures.

This machine features an adjustable clutch to ensure proper torque and eliminate cap and decrease insert wear. Once the closure reaches the set torque value, the chuck will stop rotating, signaling the operator to move on to the next container.

It ships standard with a stand, overhead slide rail, and self-balancer which allows it to be suspended neatly and weightlessly overhead, out of the way during case changes and reducing operator fatigue. It also ships with one standard chuck and insert (up to a Size #25).
