Screw Pump

The Screw Pump is a positive displacement pump which excels at handling thick, dense products such as grease, pastes, lotions, and heavy creams. This machine runs continuously, and a valve directs the product to the filler nozzle or back into the supply hopper. A unique servo-controlled container lift platform keeps the fill nozzle submerged just below the surface of the rising product to prevent air pockets in the fill. There is no more accurate or faster way to package thick viscous products than by using this machine.
