Accutek band sealers are equipped with electronic temperature controllers and variable-speed conveyors to seal all thermoplastic materials (PP, PE, stand-up pouches, gusseted bags, moisture barrier bags, etc.). Seals are created using PTFE bands, maintaining high seal quality and producing consistently reliable, clean seals on all heat-sealable bags. Because bags are placed on a conveyor system, the bag width does not matter. These versatile machines offer several adjustments, allowing them to be used for a wide range of applications. These machines are used extensively in the food, medical, chemical, cosmetic, and electronics industries. The Accutek band sealer is a standalone unit with locking casters, providing easy mobility. Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I clean and maintain the band sealer?

We recommend dusting and cleaning the motor at regular intervals. Do not use alcohol, gasoline, or liquids with Benzene chemicals; they could damage the motor cover’s paint.

Make sure to clean the internal motor and external communicator 120 hours after use. You can use alcohol to clean the communicator.

What should I do if I have any problems with the machine?
