G1 Recirculating Shrink Tunnels offer a clean, efficient way to produce gorgeous full-body sleeving and tamper-evident seals. Heat tunnels are fast and efficient machines for sealing or wrapping containers with a full-body shrunk sleeve, tamper-evident band, or a preform and combo-pack bundle. 

These tunnels feature energy-efficient infrared quartz and/or convection heat emitters and built-in fully insulated recirculating systems with six six-stage temperature-control zones. These features result in a safer, heat-free working environment, minimal temperature fluctuation, prolonged life, and lower energy consumption than other comparable tunnels. 

The G1 excels at shrinking those applications that require full-body labels, high-graphic labels (up to 80% shrink), PET, PETG shrink film, and exotic films to pre-heated bottles. It works best within a clean manufacturing environment, whether for pharmaceuticals or dry-product sleeving projects.
