The bottle washer includes a touchscreen interface that allows you to customize your washer’s settings. While the purpose of each button and screen may not be immediately apparent, the manual will go over all the relevant details in plain, simple language. You’ll be able to navigate the washer’s controls with ease.

We offer the hot water modification in case you would like to wash your bottles with hot water. The package comes with its own control panel, which will have pre-set temperatures.

Since the machine is stainless steel, it can withstand most solvents. Generally, we recommend rinsing the machine by cleaning it with a mild soap solution. You can use the Manual Job screen to assist and speed up the cleaning process. The conveyor links can be cleaned with warm soap and water. Once the conveyor belt is removed, debris or product residue might be built up between the conveyor chain links. The Delrin (plastic) conveyor chain should be cleaned with warm, soapy water. Stainless steel conveyor chain can be cleaned with stronger cleaning solutions if necessary and can be autoclaved. The manual will go over cleaning the machine in more detail.
