Small Bottle Orienter
Accutek’s Bottle Orienter is designed to receive bulk plastic containers, unscramble them, and organize them feet-first onto a conveyor. This bottle orienter uses a sorting disc to capture multiple bottles and organize them uniformly before sending them upright on a conveyor.
The machines are manufactured for long-lasting durability and operation. All AC digital motor drives and powered moving surfaces use a direct drive system, eliminating belts, clutches, brakes, gears, and chains.
Accutek’s bottle orienters can accommodate a variety of container shapes and sizes. The bottle orienter is designed for use with bottles of up to four ounces each. This machine has a stainless steel frame, a food-grade conveyor chain, and container contact parts.
